The Gold IRA Desk

Affiliate Disclosure

This page is a plain-English disclosure of the commercial relationships behind The Gold IRA Desk, written to comply with the FTC's Endorsement Guides under 16 CFR Part 255.

Which links earn commission

Some links on this site lead to Gold IRA companies, custodians, or precious-metals dealers with whom The Gold IRA Desk has an affiliate relationship. When a reader clicks one of these links and opens an account, requests an information kit, or completes a qualifying action, we may receive a referral commission from that company — typically a flat per-qualified-lead payment or a percentage of the eventual account value.

All such links are tagged with HTML attributes rel="sponsored nofollow noopener", making them programmatically distinguishable from editorial outbound links. They are also routed through internal /go/<brand>/ shortlinks so we can track click volume without sharing reader data with the destination company.

Companies we currently have (or are pursuing) affiliate relationships with

As of the date of last update:

The applied-for / approved status of each is listed on our internal affiliate registry. We add or remove programs as they accept or terminate the partnership. The reader's experience is identical whether they reach the destination company through an affiliate link or by typing the company URL directly.

How commission rates affect our editorial

They do not. Reviews are scored against a published six-axis rubric defined on the methodology page — account minimum, phone-first service, buyback program, fee transparency, RMD handling, and senior-pressure rating. None of those axes is weighted by what the company pays. The rubric is applied identically to companies we have no affiliate relationship with.

As a real-world check: if a competing review site rates a company higher than we do, we link to that competitor's review in our analysis so the reader can see both. The companies that pay us the most do not always score the highest. We will publish a negative review of an affiliate partner if the data supports it; we have not removed any review at the request of a partner.

No cost to the reader

Affiliate commissions are paid by the destination company, not by the reader. The reader pays nothing additional for using our links. We do not surface higher prices, restricted offers, or limited bonuses through our links — clicking through our shortlink lands the reader on the same public-facing page as a direct visit to the company URL.

No personalized recommendations

The Gold IRA Desk does not provide personalized investment, tax, or retirement-planning advice. Our reviews are written for the average reader profile described in each post. For advice tailored to your personal situation, consult a licensed fiduciary advisor and a qualified tax professional. See the full investment disclaimer.

Reader recourse

If you click an affiliate link on this site and have a complaint about the destination company's conduct, please report it both to the company and to:

We also welcome complaints sent to our contact page. Documented misconduct against a partner is grounds for both editorial review and termination of the affiliate relationship.
